My enthusiasm for real estate comes from forming lasting friendships with my clients. Seeing past clients in a Cashier’s restaurant or a Highland’s shop and being greeted with an enthusiastic “Hey John come over here…. everyone, I want to introduce our Realtor® John Sheehan”, is a highlight of my day.
Prior to starting in real estate, I was a Director of Technology at BellSouth and AT&T. This experience confirmed the importance of understanding clients’ needs, building strong relationships, and exceeding clients’ expectations. All these have been instrumental to my success as a Realtor®.
Knowing that almost half of my real estate transactions are with repeat clients or personal referrals makes me proud and motivates me to continue going above and beyond for my clients.
Outside of work, traveling with my wife and visiting our two adult children and their spouses is a joy, as well as supporting our local church and volunteering time with local non-profit organizations.
