Summer Cove

A small gated lakeside community in a quiet cove at the north end of Lake Glenville, with community docks and designated boat slips for every lot.

About Summer Cove

Summer Cove is a gated lakeside community tucked into a quiet cove at the north end of Lake Glenville. You reach it from Pine Creek Road, on a paved drive that winds through open pasture at Black Angus Farm before arriving at the gate. The community covers about 24 acres, with oversized wooded lots that mix lakefront and lake view homesites.

The cove is one of the most private spots on the lake. Boat traffic is lighter here than on the main body of Lake Glenville, so early morning swims and quiet paddles are part of everyday life. Gently sloping, sandy-bottom areas along the shoreline make getting into the water easy.

Golf Nearby

Summer Cove does not have a golf course or club membership. Golfers have options close by, though. Trillium Links & Lake Club offers a private links-style course on the other side of Lake Glenville. In Cashiers, High Hampton offers its restored Tom Fazio course.

Amenities

  • Two community boat docks, with designated slips for every lot
  • Private cove setting with less boat traffic than the main lake
  • Sandy-bottom swimming areas along the shoreline
  • Gated entry and paved roads
  • Lakefront and lake view homesites on oversized, wooded lots
